# Engage Release Version 1.37.0

Release date: 22 October 2026

This release brings several improvements to the preview version of the Engage CMS, making it easier to manage content, find Device Groups, and navigate between workspaces.

## New Feature

### Add media to playlists from the Library

Adding content to your playlists is now easier.

From the **Library**, open the three-dot menu on any content item and select **Add to playlist**.

A Split View opens where you can select one or multiple playlists to add the content to, without having to open each playlist individually.

## Improvements

### Upload content

We've improved the file upload experience in the updated Engage CMS interface.

Files now begin uploading immediately after selection, removing the additional confirmation step.

Upload progress is displayed in a separate window, allowing you to continue working in Engage while your files upload in the background.

If duplicate files are detected, you'll be prompted to choose whether to **Replace** or **Skip** them, with options to apply your selection to multiple files.

This makes uploading and managing content more efficient, especially when working with larger batches of files.

### Search and filter Device Groups

Finding the right Device Groups is now easier.

The side navigation in **Devices** now includes search and filtering options, allowing you to quickly find specific groups and filter between **Shared** and **Local** Device Groups.

This makes it easier to navigate and manage larger device networks.

### Improved workspace navigation

We've made navigating between workspaces more intuitive, especially for users managing multiple workspaces.

When opening the workspace selector, your **currently active workspace is now highlighted**, and the workspace hierarchy opens at your current location rather than starting from the top. This makes it easier to find your way around and switch between workspaces.

You can also **remove workspaces from your Recently Visited list**, keeping your shortcuts organised and relevant. Removing a workspace from this list does not affect your access to it.

### Search within Special Day Groups

We've added a search function to the **Special Day Groups** tab under Power Schedules.

You can now quickly locate specific Special Day Groups without manually browsing through the entire list, making it easier to manage scheduling exceptions.

## Bug Fixes

· **Templates and Library:** Improved sorting to display items in alphabetical order when filters or sorting options are applied.

· **Playlist editing:** Selecting **Edit** from the Dashboard now opens the selected playlist in Split View within the Playlists section.

· **Devices:** Fixed sorting by device type to ensure devices of the same type are grouped together.

· **Labels:** Fixed an issue preventing the deletion of unassigned Labels used in Device Groups targeted by playlists.
